Current Technologies is Hiring a Surveillance Technician Near Lombard, IL
- Low voltage cabling at client sites as scheduled.
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of IP based surveillance and security equipment including cameras, video recording servers, IT infrastructure equipment, access control equipment and wireless networks.
- Remote and onsite support of new installations and maintenance of existing systems.
- Resolution of service related issues via remote access to client networks.
- Perform troubleshooting and system maintenance of hardware at customer sites utilizing a time efficient and clear methodology.
- Document work done in Connectwise customer management system.
- Develop and maintain network documentation.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients.
- On-Call and After Hours support as needed.
- Delivery of materials to job sites as needed and scheduled.
- Train on and become proficient with the products and systems utilized by our clients and company.
- Ability to climb and work on ladders/scissor lifts/bucket trucks, ability to lift 50-75 lbs, ability to load/unload ladders required.
- Clean driving record required; PERC card required.
